Rip Van Winkle Gardens Wedding: Kourtnie + Taylor

What a joyful wedding at Rip Van Winkle Gardens that I’m sharing on such a beautiful day! Kourtnie and Taylor are two people I have truly enjoyed getting to know over the months leading up to their wedding day. They are sweet, genuine and truly care about each other. I love when I see couples completely focused on each other during their wedding day. This was definitely Kourtnie and Taylor! Nothing could diminish their joy…not even the threatening rain! We had their first look scheduled before the wedding and lucked out with clear skies long enough to photograph their portraits! It sprinkled on and off but we managed to work around it. These two were completely flexible and didn’t let a little rain bother them. I was so thankful for their complete trust in me as we were able to photograph a ton of portraits in a short amount of time. Because they were so relaxed we were able to get a huge variety of fun poses together as a couple and with their wedding party!

They both had their hearts set on an outdoor ceremony on the water. It rained on and off all day but completely stopped long enough for them to get married in a perfect intimate ceremony next to the lake! The party to celebrate was a blast and sparklers ended the night beautifully. I know that God has special things in store for these sweet souls and their marriage. Congrats, Kourtnie + Taylor!!!
